I purchased this hand blender for blending some masalas and egg while preparing cake. Wheb I do this work with hand I got paon in my hand but this blender helped and oppositely I have to face difficulties after purchasing but then also my money was wasted.
I purchased it from my neraby store and after the purchase of month or a two the blade got junked after it makes the taste of the food irony while blending. The material of blade is not of steel. And after that on the same day the wire got burned due to overheating and then I contacted customer support but they didn't picked my call and their routes are busy and I tried to e-mail them and got reply after a week. I explained my issue to them and they promised me to send technician within a week but two weeks passed no one came. And I again contacted them, they told me that every technician is on work and I have to wait one week more and I declined their call. And keep that hand blender on my store room. And repaired it a month ago after 6 months from a nearby electrician who repaired it in 1 hours and I have to pay very very less of Rs. 100.
