Raised a service request on 30 March 2017(# 0476790771) through Siemens centralized service center and they assured that somebody will call within 48 hours, but didn't get any response.
Again called the service center on 01 April 2017 and got the same assurance. I never thought that it is April 1st. So again I called the service center on 04 April, 2017 and they said that, it will be addressed within 24 hours. Also, they gave local telephone number.
Called the local number and got assurance that they are sending a technician immediately, but nobody turned up.
On 05 April 2017 I called them again and they assured a call back within 10 minutes. This time I got a call back from the local service center and told that they couldn't get in touch with the service person. So, cannot assure when the service can be done.
Great service and superb assurance from a great company.
