My friend recently purchased siemens automatic massing machine . in banglore from sargam electronics, they have charged 18000 rs from him and make a home delivery . after 20 days of working the machines shows sin of glitches
some of its touch buttons become malfunction and started creating problem after that draining system hangs, he call me because I have given the suggestion to buy this brand . we gone to dealer and share our problem the dealer said that . he has no role in it . you can call the service center. he gave us the no next day we call them and they register your call and given us no . they said the will be at your home in 12 hrs . but what they have done is their representative came at home after 36 hrs and said that the have 3rd party service provider in bangalore
and remove the glithies
so guys be beware of the 3rd party service centres of big brands
