Never buy apartment for rent from shwas. There have no proper waste management (The smell of wast will start from morning into room. The wast will clear after calling CRM)and water supply will be break 2hour whereas lift not proper work. Some time one lift will activate.. then very important factor of shwas is there is no one know how to treat a customer. There customer treat as a beggar. Staffs are irresponsible especially CRM.. I share my two month living experience in shwas (alphine)
