Most un professional bank i have dealt with. Review on Shriram Finance

I think it is one of the most unethical bank. They first get customer attracted with their interest rate and get the online form filled and get the amount also credit. The actual drill starts after that. They keep asking for document proofs in spite of online digital validation you have to give them attested document. It wont stop there. If you are investing on behalf of minor they ask for minor bank details and even after informing them that the minor does not have bank account they keep killing time by their snail replay and keep postponing days where in your interest on days will not be counted. Once you ask for refund the real pain starts again. They keep asking for same information which you have already furnished while asking for refund(like bank details). It is such a pathetic company and not sure the most known public figure is brand ambassador of this company. If they are really ethical they would ask you to deposit or transfer online once their documentation is complete. It is almost 20 days I even did not get resolution and lost that many days of interest. Please think before investing on such banks
