Recently I went to Ujjain with my friend. As the city of Indore is not very far from Ujjain, we decided to roam around in the streets of Indore too. We reached quite late in Indore feom Ujjain, so we have to search for a hotel fast.
Due to lack of many options we have to take Shri Nivas Hotel there. The manager knew that we are tired and we need a hotel room soon. His behavior was very rude and was charging more money. I saw the same hotel online and its price was less than even half of what the manager said. This kind of behavior was not expected from an Indori as it is famous about indoris that they are very friendly and helpful.
This doesn't end here. We booked a double bedded room, but what manager did was he put an extra bed in a single bedded room. We didn't know about this and he already took the whole money and some extra too as security charge. I have never felt this much cheated in any other city. I think I will have to change my opinion of Indore from good to a city of cheaters.
