I went to this restaurant my my family and it is situated in kamla nagar, agra, .After eating the food we got realised that we came in the wrong reataurant, wrong in the sence worst quality food we got there services was also worst.
Food And Presentation
Food were looking good but tastewise was pathetic , we ordered first tomato soup , lookwise it was great but tastewise was pathetic, tomato soup was not like tomato soup just like tomato gravy.After that we ordered vegetable fried rice with vegetable manchurian and we got tateless food same here, after eating the food we got unsatisfied with the food quality.
Ambience
Ambience was this restaurant just like the food quality they were provided to us was pathetic, from outside lookwise was average but from inside it was very unhygienic and very dirty, cutleries and crockeries were not proper wiped, stains were visible. Cleaning on the table was pathetic.
Customer Service
Cuatomer Service of this restaurant was also pathetic, no one came to clean the table before calling and no one offered the drinking water on the table .
Value For Money
In the last I would like to mention in this section is that this restaurant is not good value for money means totally wastage of your money .I paid Rs 60 per bowl of tomato soup, Rs 140 for per plate of vegetable manchurian and Rs 140 for per plate of vegetable fried rice and in the last I found my money went to the dustbin.
