I feel this review is:
I recently used maruti courier service for the delivery of some products from mumbai to pune. One of the most frustrating aspects was the delivery delay. The package was supposed to arrive within a two days but it ended up taking over nine days. Customer service is another drawback. Despite multiple follow ups there was no clear communication on the reason of the delay. Maruti courier service does not provide the tracking information. The package was not in good hands. The outer box was damaged.there are also hidden charges which makes them expensive. This eroded my trust in their service. My experience with this maruti courier was not satisfactory. I would suggest to explore the other options that might offer better reliability and customer support.
