the self-declared CEO seemed to have the wrong attitude right from the beginning of Trrochee. The way he treated the employees/enquirers, the high headedness never matched with the work he did. Promises were made to people like us who enquired his office seeing the TV9 program on Trroche/SLRT

The gimmick is to show off as though they have already accomplished quite a lot. But when checked, in reality, it was all bogus!. They will give false hopes to people about returns, ownership etc. They also show off as to be busy and too many clients are behind them, so the(baby boss) Santhosh acts very busy and calls'secretary', ' office boys' to book appointments, check calendar etc, in reality, he has not run a single shop successfully or has experience. They will also claim that the area you are trying to buy a franchise for is already bid by many and you need to pay the amount quickly in order to get it. This again is a false act.
Once you take the franchise, you are doomed. The ever-busy CEO and his office staff( who, I feel for as they have to give false promises to genuine people and defend their baby boss) will not make an attempt to listen to your complaints or worries. They come up with excuses like health issues, X, Y, Z relative is not well, Boss is traveling, engagement etc for starting a business, nondelivery of goods, not setting up shop. No one will respond to the emails or calls. When enquired with other people who took franchise it was the same case, some people were in very bad state and in debt due to SLRT.
Close down of Jayanagar office. They closed down the Jayanagar office in 2017 without notifying the people who bought franchisee! When questioned seriously, false reasons were mentioned. Turned out that the co-partners, Employees, Sales team had left SLRT because of nonpayment of salary and repeated complaints from the clients and the'attitude' of the baby boss.
After enquiry with warehouse owner, it was found that the SLRT warehouse rent is also not paid. The Staff which was earlier there were not to be seen. Turned out that they also left since the salaries were not paid for around 6 months. The security staff mentioned that there are others like you who come here to find the CEO Santhosh to get back their money but go in vain as he comes very rarely due to that.
Now they have hired a new sales team and put ads on paper and online saying that the franchise fee is 25Lkh which was previously~10-13 lakh. SLRT.in doesn't even mention an actual office address as the genuine people whom it owes lakhs of rupees will catch the CEO' who is already facing multiple cases in the court. All the banks have rejected his loan requests as the previous ones are not paid yet.
Notice To Owner & Others: Don’t Buy Franchise from SLRT.
The way for SLRT to come out of this soup is to payback honestly the amount it owes to people and shed the fake attitude and high headedness and be genuine. If they think they can cheat people and get away because of some contacts or money then they are dreaming and will have to live with the label of a cheat. The ONLY way for SLRT to do some business and save some face is for SLRT to return the money it owes to people who took the franchise.
