Update on 17/10/2013:
They rebooked the order again and again because they did not have stock of the kindle/ lost it in airlines, this they did for 2 months. Finally after they agreed to refund and took two more months to refund. They held on to 7K for 4 months. Nice tactic to earn interest.
I ordered a kindle on this website. they did not deliver on the said date. on reaching customer care - who are very difficult to reach on phone. they said it will reach next week. now they mail me saying my package is lost in the airlines, would like you to reorder or opt for refund. I am trying to call them again, and no one is picking up! they have this online chat - you will get alan or alex who does not know anything. he will keep telling you that I am looking into details. pretty useless service for all the hullabaloo they make about their website. I dont know if I am going to get my refund. still trying to reach customer care. wishing myself luck!
