India's oldest online shopping site and you can say least demanded shopping site ever, Indiatimes shopping. According to Indiatimes shopping and as per its words it offers lowest price deals on wide range of product categories like clothing, fashion, books, electronics, mobiles and many more. And somehow it is true but the product must have maintained certain quality for which it gains a huge customers dissatisfaction.
I have such terrible experience over it since I had choose to order a product. The main reasons to choose this site over other for its lowest ever price and well attracted offers. I had received a no. of promotional offers to my gmail and fb by this site among which clothing and books sell offers were awesome. Myfriends also told me that its customer support was quite very good and flexible return policy. But I also kept certain aspects like privacy in payments, more payment options, ease of selecting products from websites and quality of product then after complete investigation, I decided to shop over here.
Thus I bought a book cost 350rs with delivery charge 50rs but in my first attempt to order it showed that it could not deliver the desired items to selected location. So I changed my address and again completed my order by selecting payment option via debit card. But unfortunately after paying the required amount there was no status of my order. Thus I was very worried about that whether my order was confirmed or not. So I sent a query related complaint about that. After somedays near about 20days the item was delivered but there was a shocking news. I had never expected that from them as I had received old edition of that book. Actually I saw that the new edition on the web but did not received it. So this book was completely waste for me.
I never ever love to shop over this site because of-
( 1) customer support is very poor i.e no reply is found about our queries
( 2) very bad product quality and provide wrong products that are not shown in the sites
( 3) the products take too long to deliver
( 4) a no. of technical issues while shopping on the site
It is very best to shop through either snapdeal or flipkart because they send us such products which show on sites. They have also very good customer services as well as excellent customers satisfaction and demands.
So finally I don't recommend to shop in this site because it does not provide customer satisfaction to such extent and are not perfectly dedicated towards their service. Good bye and have a nice day.
