Bad customer service, the agent couldn't speak English.. started speaking in hindi to make him comfortable did not help their website clearly mentions 24 hours delivery
Their website also mentions that orders placed after 3pm on Saturday will be delivered on Monday. Which implies orders placed before 3pm on Saturday will be delivered in 24 hours as promised on a Sunday.. However on calling their customer service I found out that you do not have sunday delivery. This is totally ridiculous.. additionally their web form for the message did not work well so I had call in and give my message.. its a waste of time..
An earlier time I sent across a lampshade as a gift to someone and it arrived broken, the seller did not bother replying to my email asking for a replacement.. Customer service has not yet responded to my request.On the phone I asked to speak to a supervisor I was told there was no supervisor.. I mean seriously how do these guys operate?

*I emailed customer service through the web form they have on their site for two entirely different issues.. one issue was for a defective product which needed replacement and another was for delivery of flowers which were not going to be delivered as promised, I got the exact same "COPY PASTE" response for both complaints.
