One week ago I bought a personal hygiene product from Rediff using the below vendor:-
"Ojjas Enterprizes has been on rediff shopping since 2003 with product in multiple categories like Other Car Accessories, Slimming Accessories, Other kitchen Utilities, Men's Perfumes, Home Utility,
On Rediff.com: Since 2003
Feedback: 96% positive"
Upon receipt of this product it was found to be used. Can you immagine purchasing a personal product labelled as new and then finding a used product in your hands.
11 days struggling with [Ticket#108907692257] which I provide every single day after calling them. and every day I am promised action in 24hrs.
To my utter dismay I am not allowed to provide feedback pertaining to the vendor on the website meaning the 96% positive feedback for this vendor is a figment of imagination.
Hope this reveals the fake promises of satisfaction to more and more users.
