Just visit rediff shopping site, select a item, add it into a cart, enter your email and phone number then at payment page just stop the process and close it. As soon as you do that, in few minutes or in hours you will get call from rediff customer care to the number entered by you. That's how fast they help you? You may get wrong just after you buy some item from them.
Now here is my story, I've placed order for Kitchen Beater(hand mixer) and Pedegg Foot Callus Removal Kit. [order details given below] After few days of order, they sent both items by fedex courier in nice packing. As soon as I open it, I sow that beater was broken(as it was made by cheap plastic) but it was working perfectly, but instead of Pedegg Foot Callus Removal Kit they sent me pedispin Callus Remover. I have contacted rediff by email with pictures(ticket number posted below) and even after that i'm not getting any response from them. That's how worse rediff shopping and the reputed high ranked seller on rediff shopping site.
Stay away from them, or you will be the example like me.If you are from rediff and think that it is another fake review.checkout the below given details with attached pictures.
