I purchased a Ly-803a-2 car dual-use massage cushion back and neck massage device for Rs.7999/-+ shipping charges Rs.199/-(Total Rs.8198/-) through Shopping.Rediff.com on August 07, 2015 and the order # is 12005804 and the site was showing delivery time within 7 days.
I didn't receive the material till now(August 31, 2015, 2.30 pm). Called the Rediff customer care on their contact number 09223020000 and asked to cancel the order due to delayed delivery and send a mail to do so.
The Rediff customer care is asking me to reject the order when it reaches me. Tried to call their courier parter Tanvi Express on their telephones in Mumbai and Pune, but they are not responding. Highlighted this to Rediff customer care, but are repeatedly asking to reject the order. I do not know how to reject a parcel without reaching me. It is learned from my experience that Shopping.Rediff.com is not responsible for any issues related to the purchases from them.
Think multiple times before you make a purchase through Shopping.Rediff.com
I will update the status in the coming days.
