I would agree with all the reviews here. Rediff is absolute cheater and has a non existent customer service. They send used products and since there is no redressal system you're stuck with it. I wanted a hands free which was not available anywhere else and ordered from them.
When the product arrived, the product case was in an extremely bad shape. It was scrathed and showed heavy signs of usage. Opening the box I found that the hands free was scratched and the box did not have the carrying pouch and cleaning cloth that comes with the device. Looks like they lost them and sent the used product for the price of original. They are big cheaters.
Never ever do business with them. I would definitely recommend using ebay.in or amazon.com since they always ensure your satisfaction. For that matter most of those online sites you see are not worth it. Unless u can ensure that u can dispute a product or service do not buy from that site.
