Shutdown Rediff.com. Review on Shopping.Rediff

I am a regular user of rediff.com and its other services like mobile email and online shopping, I bought a watch through their online shopping, it took almost 20 days to reach me, and the most ridiculous part is that they have charged me twice for it. I bought it through my credit card and I have sent mail after mail to rediff shopping asking for clarification, but till now nobody has replied or even acknowledged my emails.I have used some really hard words but still no response, I think they have become Hard skinned as they should be doing these kind of things everyday and with evry transactions. if this the kind of service they offer then they should not be doing campaigns and asking us to buy form rediff.com. If making money is their only ambition, they should start some brokerage firm or do Hawala kind of work, not cheat people like me and waste our time like this. I firmly belive that rediff.com should close their business if they dont have money to run it, instead of cheating us and taking money like robbers or local rowdies or goondas.
