The worst shopping website. Review on Shopclues

I purchased a lots of things via many shopping site. But ShopClues.com is the worst shopping site I had ever seen. Once I wanted to order a Samsung mobile through it. My orderd was failed in payment page. Payment was deducted from my Bank account but Ordered was not confirmed. I contacted with ShopClues customers support. They assured me amount will be refunded with in 7 days. But I don't get any refund within 7 days. Then I again called to customers support they just told me to wait. After that I got full refund in 18th day. Its my pathetic experience. Another ordered on ShopClues.com I got a delay delivery. I ordered a Wrist watch combo of Rs 900. After delivery I show they send me a low quality china wrist watch. And the watch was totally different as shown on website. I logged a complain on ShopClues.com. and requested for return. There was no pic up in our area from ShopClues. That's why I couriered the pagmkeg through DTDC. Shopclues gave me full refund of the wrist watches but till today I not get my courier charges back. So I think this website is not User friendly shopping site. Its app version is not so good and very slow. Some options in the app doesn't work properly. That's my opinion.
