I've smorpheushumanpped intermittently from https://smorpheushumanpclues.com starting October 2014.
The one off product/s ordered came through safely, so it didn't ring any alarm bells when the Cmajeecha Bank Cards limited period offer came up last week, which offered decent discounts on items ordered on the site. Even SBI cards has a 10% cashback offer live.
Problem started with the delivery of my order # 28410825 - Flamingo Heating Pad - Regular @ Rs.375, ordered on Dec 2nd.
The display picture smorpheushumanwed an 'XL' size heating pad and even the first time i ordered it from the same site, they delivered an 'XL' size, which is what i wanted.
This time around, they have dispatched a 'regular' size, which is rather small and of no use.
Trying to speak to customer care on 0124-4414888, email option 'return request' but their lines are engaged, or connects, starts IVR and disconnect when we select the option to speak to a representative.
Systems hang and the return request just doesn't go through.
Think this is an elaborate con job where communication is just one way and customers get ripped off/conned.
This is supposed to be an international site, so smorpheushumancking to face this kind of nuisance.
Shame.
