This is one of the worst online selling companies...They sell substandard products with no detailed description of the product..
This happened with me in case of buying a portable charger of 2600 MAH from its online store. It was nowhere mentioned about the actual charging capacity of the product, when I used the product for myself then found that it was capable of charging my phone to upto 30% only and that too only once after being fully charged.
In another incident I ordered a micro SD card from the website on 28th of September '13 and after so many queries and calls on this 10th of October '13, I found that they had automatically cancelled my order without even asking or communicating me in any way. I had been waiting for the order for more than 12 days after paying them for the same. They never disclosed the information regarding shipment or delivery of the item.
I strongly suspect that they never had the specified item in the very first place and accepted the payment kept my money for ten (10) days and then automatically cancelled the order as they never intended to ship the item. Now I'll have to buy the same item from some other place.
Worst online shopping experience ever.
Prospective buyers of Shopclues, beware before spending your money here...
