I am here to share my worst experience in SHOPCLUES online shopping. All we want to have a genuine price and quality for the products we are going to purchase. In that case, I have gone through this app to search for a saree. I have seen a saree at the top of the page I liked it and gone through about the price and materials. I have scrolled the page to see other sarees. I am shocked that the saree I saw before had the rate of rs. 350. Here I saw the same saree with same colour and material with rs. 600. It is not genuine. Why this rate difference has to be done there?
In other case, I have ordered a set of 5 wooden plates. I was waiting for the delivery. After 10 days, without contacting me they have postponed the order mentioning that I have postponed the order. I was trying to contact through call but there is no useful response from SHOPCLUES.
So, hereafter I am not going to use this online shopping app
