One my friend said their is a offer on footwear in shopclues, I downloaded app and checking for offers in footwear section.i got a offer on buy rs 500 in footwear and get rs250 off.i selected a pair and added to cart and applied coupon rs250 with free delivery.i paid remaining money through oxygen wallet.after 5 days I mailed shopclues regarding delivery they replied after 2 days.
Finally I got delivery after 8 days.i got same product with another colour of product.i satisfied with product so I didn't asked replacement.customer service really need improvement.
