I once ordered a product from this website as it was really very cheap compared to that of flipkart, amazon, and snapdeal and it was delivered after the scheduled date and was in damaged condition.It was also different from what was shown on the website.I asked for a replacement but the customer care did not responded but after a few days they asked me to ship the product with original packing and I did so and then they took 3 weeks to refund the money.
