I would like to share my experience of Shopclues @ this platform. I had seen offers at website very attractive and same I had ordered. I got order confirmation. While I received the product it was different from product item code but mentioned same in paper. Since last 15 days I am in process to get replace this wrong shipment with Shoplues team. Still it's under process. Don't know when shall get refund? This is the second change for me and my friend.
As per my observation it's service is too poor and needs lot of improvement.
