I feel this review is:
Shiprocket is worlds very bad and costly comapny who take so much money but 0 support. they provide 0 support I have lost my so many products they didnot take any responsibitlity. irisponsible staff they deny all the claims they never take action on any ticket or any complain. useless and customer care also very bad. every time they have same dialouges pls wait 24 to 48 hours but no progress. if you will followup for 1 year then they will told you the same dialouge for 1 year or more. I will not recommend shiprocket waste of time and lost so many parcels. careless company.
