No proper water supply

I recently shifted yo this city and i was looking for flat, i contacted brooker yo help me out, he showed me the flat in this society. As i have to shift anywhere i shifted to this flat but within few days i found this worst place to live in as there is no proper water supply in the society. even though the supply water also doesnt come on time
