Shipra Sun City has high charges but worst living

Management and RWAs of Shipra Suncity sucks. Apartments have very poor construction and maintenance is horrible. There is terrible crisis of essential services like water and electricity. The service provider B.M. services(sister concern of Shipra estate) charges exorbitantly for electricity and DG backup. Regalia heights, the multistorey building is in poor state. Royal tower shopping complex, which has around 1500 shops is in bad state. The builder has cheated poor investors and handed over poorly designed and very poorly maintained properties. Almost all shops of Royal tower shopping complex are shuttered down for last many years, due to poor design, poor footfall and poor maintenance, but BM services has no stopped to raise electricity bills for the closed shops. Some shop owners have an outstanding of over 3 lacs, and they have never opened their shops, all due to the apathy of the builder(Shipra Estate) and RWAs of respective societies, who failed to address the concerns of residents and shop owners, who invested their hard-earned money in buying properties in Shipra suncity.
