I was working in recruitment firm, as a Team Leader & my job responsibilities was to ensure that the coordination between the HR & the members of the firm is in perfect sync. I used to give training to some of the candidates in BPO & Logistics.
Since it was not a big company, so the chances of growth were not much. Due to this I had posted my resume on shine.com. Within a period of 22 days I got a call from them.
They were offering me a job with good salary package to train the recruiters in the firm. It has been 3 years since then & I have also been promoted to the level of Assistant Manager.
