Hi Friends.
From my point of view shine.com is not recommendable, one who really searching job in their respective fields. Shine is as same as naukri. In this also, you will keep on updating your profile daily like naukri.
But the main disadvantage of this shine.com is, hacked by many fake consultancies.
One day I updated my profile completely in shine. After updating of 10 to 15 min I started receiving many calls(nearly 30 no i, e from different states) in the name of shine i, e from fake consulatancies.
Be careful because when you initially pick up the call, ladies will talk with you and she will start asking money transfer to their respective banks with ifsc code also by saying that you have job in very big MNC companies. And they will also tell that vacancies left only for 2 to 3 days and along with that we are giving back door entry to you in company, so we are asking money for this.
Be careful guys, this is absolutely fake. So dont go for any money. Be aware.
