Shell cabs is a medium to books cabs for travelling. Cabs are to be booked in advance and details like destination, time of leaving, days, etc. Is to be mentioned and then your cab is booked for the particular day.
On The day of departure the cab driver arrived late and was not at all apologetic. The cab which they had sent was not even in proper condition. The air conditioner was not even working. The driver did not even know the route and was so dumb that he couldnt even configure the road with the help of google map and on top of that he was so rude.
The tour guide was not at all helpful. First of all he was late, he had got a car with no air conditioner working on such a sunny day, was very rude in behaviour. Very bad nature and very unhelpful.
Being a tour guide, the guide had no idea of the roads nor did he know anything of the place we were visiting. For tour guide expertise, I would rate -5 out of 5. It became like a waste trip.
Travelling became difficult because neither did we had the idea of places neither did the tour guide.
Worst experience with shell cabs.
I would recommend anyone never to book from shell cabs.
