Last month me and my friends in Hyderabad to go on a small road trip to nearby. So we booked Shell cabs taxi, and this was the step where all the things went wrong. The service of shell cabs is very very poor. The app first of all is not user friendly. They don't even clear how much it would cost to go to a place. After so much of trouble even if you are able to find out the price, you would be very surprised by its high cost as compared to other taxi services. Nevertheless, we booked it as it was nearest of all. Ironically this taxi took so much of time to arrive at the origin. We were all frustrated by taxi being late and we even scolded the driver. But the driver was making so much of excuses and was not at all regretful. The driver was very big fraud as he took us to the destination with the longest route available on the Google map inspite of opposing by us. At the destination he started fighting for the money which was way higher than the estimated shown on the app. Friends, never ever book any cap from Shell cabs.
