Poor quality. Review on Shein

Hello all today I am sharing my personal experience about shein.in this is one of the poor product online shopping site recently I am brought one white dress for my daughter the quality of product is very poor and size also its not fit for her when I call the customer care executive of shein.in I asked for replace or refund for this product they are accepted return but after long time I have received another exchange dress but that is also same can delivery timing is also very late I call them again and told the can delivery timing is also very late I call them again and told him this product is also same like first product they are told me accept your return or refund request I'm very shocked to hear this I never trust again shein.in and I never order again I am with unsatisfied with the customer I am with unsatisfied with the customer care
