Some relief at last!!!. Review on Seventymm

This is in continuation to my previous review.

On Saturday, 2nd Dec 06, I managed to get Sumana from seventymm.com online. This was the same lady whom I had spoken on 3rd Nov 06. She put me on hold for more than 15 minutes & then she confirmed that the cheque is ready with the accounts but waiting for MD's signature. In fact this has been the same answer I have been getting for the last ONE month. The MD is least bother for the inconvenience getting caused due to NO arrangement during his absence. My simple question was do these people don't do business just because MD is not in station. They will!!! In fact it took only TWO minutes for them to register me & accept the payment! Why not the repayment be equally fast!? She promised that the cheque will be at my doorstep before 3PM on Tuesday, 5th Dec 06. To my dismay no one arrived. I called back the same person on Wednesday morning. She confirmed that the cheque has been taken by the delivery person & I should be getting it any moment. This moment did not come at all. In fact I could not reach them at their number till Thursday afternoon. Fortunately I happened to speak to the same lady on Thursday (7th Dec 06) afternoon. She promised that the cheque would be delivered before 12 PM, Friday (8th Dec 06). And God, yes this GREAT man arrived around 3 PM on Friday & handed over the cheque.

To get my money back I had to call people in seventymm.com (Sumana & Ramya) several times (more than 25 times). I finally got to see the cheque of refundable deposit! I had to use all wits to get the cheque.

It is high time for them to realize that only jazzy website is not enough to generate business, service is critically important. I would never recommend them to any of my friends. In fact I belong to a corporate having 11 K employees & have informed them about the pathetic service offered by seventymm.com.

Still unsure if the cheque will get encashed.
