Very disappointing experience!!. Review on Selfdrives

Hello everyone, I am going to share a very disappointing experience of my friend who used the service of selfdrives.in. My friend lives in Mumbai he had to go Pune so he booked a Sedan car from selfdrives.in. He booked the card for 7 a.m the next day but the car arrived at 9 a.m. the next day. so he complained about this to the owner but the owner didn't paid any attention for this complaint. as he was in a hurry so he didn't argued with the owner. for his surprise the car which he booked was sedan but the girl sent to him was a Toyota. the company owner replace the car without notifying my friend. this was really very disappointing for him but as he was in a hurry so we had to use the same card as he had no other options left. the car was not in a good condition. The seat of driver was torn very badly and it was very uncomfortable for driver to sit and drive. my friend had no other option than to write on that very card as if he would have cancelled that card then some of the money would have been deducted as he had already paid online for the service. my friend noticed that the tires were not completely filled with air and there were many scratch marks on the body of the car. so he took the photograph of the whole car so that he could keep it as a proof to show to the owner of the company if they charge him with any unnecessary charges. after refueling the car my friend went to feels that tire with proper amount of air pressure in it. The car was not at all in a good condition so my advice to everyone is that never rent a car from these guys. they just know to extract money from you for this so called rental service in the name of security deposit. and yes the insurance of the car is just a fake one. if anything happens to the card in the journey then the whole expense has to be beared by you yourself. and there are high chances that the card may get a break down during the journey even though that didn't happen due to the long journey but you to the bad condition of the car but still you have to pay from your own pocket to fix that problem of the car. and forget about getting the page from the owner because they will say that a problem has been erased by you so it's you who has to pay and they will never pay you back for any kind of repair work.
