I wanted to warn you of an experience I had with Seiko watches India recently. After 11 years of using an old watch, I thought I will buy a new watch. With great thought, I purchased a Seiko watch in Chennai. The watch calendar never worked, and the watch was defective from the start.
Seiko India took the watch for repair. Given that the watch was a brand new defective one from the start, I reasonably asked for a cashback and return of watch. They refused. The sales manager didnt respond to calls either. They are now repairing the watch. Imagine a brand new defective watch, which they are repairing. I will always know I bought a defective watch. They are basically selling brand new defective watches to customers.
I think its also a function of customer service in India. We Indians are treated shabbily by MNCs knowing that they can get away with it given the trials and tribulations of the legal process in India. Seiko India is just another example of this. Fraudulent cheats who have sold me a defective watch from the start. I regret buying the defective watch.useless company. They fool customers by selling defective watches
