I visited science city in Kolkata twice in a year with my family and I just wanna say that it was a very bad and hectic experience.
First of all the Science city is famous for their innovations and new experiments but here they still have those 10 year old experiments and model on display which aren't even working properly, they should have updated it all with the time . Secondly the service was very bad we didnt even wenmre explained it properly by the guide and he was in so rush that he skipped many of the experiments which were working and were still good.
