Hey guys
I am writing this review from my own experience.
if you are going to buy a new kettle then I would suggest you please don't buy this one.
my experience was worst with this product.
the build quality of this kettle is very bad and it is made of very cheap quality.
this kettle takes a lot of time to heat water. it takes almost 30 minutes to heat water.
many times the kettle does not work properly and wastes a huge times.
I am very much disappointed with this product.
I bought this kettle for making my tea but my money is wasted on this product because it does not works properly.
the storage capacity is also very less.
the customer care service is also very bad, . I contacted the customer care of this product because the kettle was not working properly. the company only registered my complaint and after that there was no response from the company.
the customer care executives are also very rude to the customer and does not listens the complaint propely.
the company has not gave me any help.
my money is wasted on this product.
I would suggest you that PLEASE DON'T BUY THIS KETTLE.
