Have this opening issue. Review on SBI Pay

Hi friends, How are You.Today I am telling you about the SBI Pay app.Firstly I would tell you about it that this is the UPI application launched by SBI bank.I have been used this and today again I using this.Now I come to point, This app has opening issue.Recently I install this app from google play store but I am not happy from this app because after install this app when I open this but it is not open.It showing only loading while I open this.Its main issue of thia app.If this app open then this take much opening time.Its need some improvement in this app.This app has old concept and its service is very poor.Once I send money to the friend and it gave successfull transaction notification but money not send to my friend's account.Many times I contacted to the customer care but I have not contacted to the customer.This app has same features like of all upi apps.It has no any good and new features.According my experience this app is not useful now because it is not open.It size not large but its not good.Its layout is not much good.So guys I do not recommend this app.Thank you.!
