Hello dear friends allway useing netbanking like collagr fee, online purches seling to .but friends today i’m sharing my personal experience about SBI Pay app.Concept- concept of this app is average. This app is released by State Bank of India. I have account in SBI. And one of my friend suggest me .That’s why I downloaded this app. This app is a worst app I’ve ever seen in my life. This app is very slow in processing. Befor no ads onthis app but now shows too much ads. Takes too much time to show the transactions. I have done complaints for many time in the branch of SBI and customer care. But they don’t take any action on this issue. Because its gorvment bank that way they didn, t take any action on issue.Layout & design- layout of this app is average to use. Easy interface for users. Easy to understand. Design of this app is also not bad.Features- features of this app are not bad. But this app needs more improvement to satisfy it’s users. Processor of this app is very slow. Takes too much to loading.Usefulness- this app is a useless app. Nothing is useful in this app. This app needs more improvement.
