This bank is hold up by the govt of India and so does not charge very much on due dates of credit cards delay. I'm a customer of this bank from 12 years and I have no complaint regarding its service and speed. This bank has a tons of people rushing into it but they doesn't compromise their service and speed. This bank is always full of people.
They also have very good services and higher interest rate than the others. I also have accounts in other banks but this bank is great. I also want to say that their credit and debit cards are very useful and can be used at almost every e-commerce website and in foriegn also.
