Hello friends today I share my experience with New Sbi anywhere personal Application.
I am user of Sbi freedom application from last 2 years and I am very much satisfied.
But from last month I am getting msg from sbi that sbi freedom application are discontinued and kindly download sbi anywhere personal app and use your exsisting freedom userid and mpin for login.
On 30th November I was download this application and try many time to login but friends its not working and every time it's showing that' Unable to process plz try again later' .
I contact to customer care many time and they are giving different way to login .unstall and again install, unstall your freedom app first, sir its network issue try after 1 hour, sir same time lots of user are using this application that's why you are facing this problem.so and so.
I fallow all the instruction getting from customer service but stil its not open.
I just suggest sbi if your servers are not ready to run this application than why are you stopping Sbi freedom application without proper preparation.its just a harassment of account holder.
And last two days I am not able to do any transaction through my freedom application and I i think same problems are facing many user.
Team Sbi kindly reactivate freedom app till the time youe sbi anywhere app are not properly respond.
