Savaari is nothing but an aggregator of poor quality local cabs. Their price is a bit lesser than local providers but at the same time, their services are worst. You can easily get stranded if you opt them. There is no guarantee that cab will appear.
Secondly, they have limited control over drivers, during the trip they can decline to go certain places, they can over charge you and if you think that you will connect with support number, just to let you know that it takes hours to connect them and email they do not reply.
EVEN THEIR NODAL OFFICER AND CO_FOUNDER MANIK SHAH DOESN'T RESPOND TO YOU.
My experience was horrible with them:
1. Firstly, on first day of my booking they were unable to provide me a cab. At last moment they backed out and I lost my hotel booking for that day.
2. On the second day, seat was soaked with water, which I unfortunately didn't notice due to low lighting conditions. This incident completely drenched my clothing.
3. Beyond the service itself, the billing process lacked transparency and appeared to be inadequately monitored:
a. Despite clearly communicating that I might return in 3 days due to cancellation of my 1 day's booking, the driver attempted to charge me for four days, necessitating an argument to rectify the error.
b. I was billed Rs. 1200 for toll taxes without any supporting evidence provided by the driver.
c. A discrepancy arose with the Uttarakhand tax where I was charged Rs. 1080 despite receiving a receipt for only Rs. 730, adding to my concerns about overcharging. Driver has also deleted the 730/- receipt from Whatsapp after leaving my space.
d. Additionally, I was billed Rs. 340 for Uttar Pradesh tax, for which no receipt was provided, despite my journey originating from Uttar Pradesh. Getting a car of Haryana number is not my fault.
e. Further exacerbating the situation, a cleaning charge of Rs. 300 was levied after my wife, feeling unwell, inadvertently vomited outside the car window. I promptly cleaned the area using water and tissue, leaving the car in a respectable condition.
