Recently I had bought a satyapaul wallet online. after few days I received it, the packing was premium but the product was looking dirty, it was stained on the edges, threads coming out. When I called their customer support One Ms Gurmeet . she asks me to courier it back. when I ordered it I spent Rs 300 as courier charges. now she asks me send it back again spending another 400 from my pocket. I asked her why should I spend from my pocket she says with attitude and rudeness that if I need replacement I should send it back and I will not get the refund of courier charges. At last, I did not have option but to keep it.
So dear friends, please beware of shopping online at satyapaul . Their service is pathetic and their product too is not that distinct or unique.For 1/4 of the price, you'll get better products.
