This is by far the best pure veg .er. Sattvic fine dine restaurants that I have come across in our Namma Bengaluru. Fantastic experience overall. (Outside the ambit of Star Properties).
We have tried out the Lunch Buffet.
Ambiance: understated, elegant, nice classical track in the background.inviting
Food: the heart of the matter: does captivate the discerning few, thoroughly fantastic consistency in the taste, presentation, spread, choices, uniqueness of the food items.
Service: exceptionally professional
Ex: as a policy the restaurant discourages the tipping as a 10% is levied towards the service charges. Its reinforced by the wait staff with utmost elan that we should not tip and we are discouraged to tip them. Just the spirit of imbibing the restaurant's philosophy and being enlivened by the wait staff on the floor is just impeccable sliver of professionalism.
Price Value Proposition: just the right price for the wholesome experience.
Wish they had:
Neatly printed names on the dishes.
Menu card of the buffet presented on the table so that we could have appreciated the items even better.
Some element of cleaning up is necessary at the food counters.
Billing: absolutely accurate and in time.
The best part: is the service, food spread: specially the desserts and quality of food.
