I brought this TV, since I wanted to upgrade from my old BPL TV. I wanted to look at BPL sets before I made a decision about which brand to buy since I already had one. In BPL showroom I saw the SANYO brand which BPL has partnered with. I saw the sanyo 29'' CM29FS2, and was impressed with the clarity and picture quality, although my family members did not want me buy it , I went ahead purchased one.
In the first few days I notice a some sort of picture shake on the left and right side of screen. Then I had a sneeking suspicion that it was due to speaker magnetic.
Later I tried out my dvd player, and problem was confirmed the picture starts to shake when ever there is heavy bass music. I immediately placed a call to their service center, luckily they responded quickly. They came replaced the speakers and later they gave me a new set, but the same problem exists. I complained again, but the smart guys they were , now the response was talk to my manager...etc ..all stalling techniques. As the service engineers did not know what to do...This is sad commentary on the capabilities of BPL , first of all they have been dumped with a bad product by their partner and now they cannot rectify it and suffer all the blame for it.
