I bought this TV 5 years back and when I bought the price is 18000 and the Tv looks great and after using it for 2 months the Tv switched off and it has seven years warranty.
And I called there customer care and asked them for appointment for repairing my Tv and the service man came and checked my Tv and he said the TV picture Tube is not functioning and the Tv is blank and he asked me to send the Tv to the main service point and then I sent it to the office.
And he said it takes 20 days to get its repair done and they have delivered my Tv and they just made some repairs to my old tv only and it worked for 2 years and same problem occurred, the Tv is not functioning and I called the customer care and they sent a service man and the same problem the picture tube is not working and he have contacted the support and said it is second time and they have said that’s it they don’t do it for free and if you want to repair you have to pay for picture tube and he simply left and same thing was said by the support team. I simply throw n it to the trash.don't buy products from sansui, if you want to but check whether it is functioning and features. it gave me very bad experience.
