The sound in the TV is again enjoyable. With a 750 Watt PMPO the TV comes with automatic sound control system which adjusts the volume of the channel as per the requirements. The Sub-Woofer at the back gives that added edge for the TV, enabling us to hear even whispers, so to say. Cricket comes alive with this TV. I was watching the Natwest Series Finals in my cousin’s place in this TV and I tell you what, it was memorable. The crowd noise, the commentary and the game, everything came alive, thanks to Sansui Flatotron that was just brought in before the series had started.
Reception and broadcast of the TV is good enough. With a 100-program memory , the TV satisfies someone’s general needs. The auto channel surfer automatically tunes the channels and if one wishes, he can always do some bit of meddling. Tuning the TV is not a problem at all. Then comes the special features. On the picture count, the TV has a selectable picture mode and also has 4 programs in Soft, Gentle, Medium, Powerful which enables us to get enhanced picture quality. The Zoom function is also incorporated and this only provides one with an added advantage. The Surround Sound option and bass, treble & balance control provides with the necessary options on the sound count. The usual sleep-timer and system options are simple and of course they are the same out here too.
At the end of the day, the owner of this TV should be a happy man. This is the only television, which gives a flat screen TV at a lower cost comparative to other brands. More so, the simplicity in operations and the quality of picture and sound certainly makes this a great buy. So if you ask me, then I would certainly recommend this TV, the Sansui Flatron and well, are you waiting for something?
Go for it.
