Poor Experience With Saneswap.. Review on Saneswap

I remember that about three months ago on my cousin's marriage and I have had a formal dress and I want a formal shoes in suede leather on the cheap price then I searched these types of shoes on different online shopping websites then I found this website Saneswap online shopping website and I ordered a LYDC brown suede leather shoes at rupees 1150+ 100 shipping charges and my order id is 491004 and shoes number is nine and in the terms and conditions of this website they shoe that maximum delivery time is five days, but unfortunately I got my order after seventeen days and when I opened the box then I found that my shoes was tight in my foots then checked the shoes number and that was Eight and I ordered Nine number then refund my money and I realised that this website is unreliablea and very careless also customer care service is poor and product qaulity is just and average.
