Its Very Difficult To Operate. Review on Samsung Z2

I bought this smartphone and now I am facing many problems in it so the smartphone comes with 4 inch IPS LCD touchscreen, the rear camera of this smartphone is 5MP with LED flash and the front camera is VGA both the cameras are low quality and doesn't able to capture the pictures clearly and the new operating system of the smartphone is tizen OS so this smartphone has its own operating system and the internal memory is 8GB and it comes with 1 GB RAM and all remaining features is normal, the battery is removable with 1500mAh Li-ion battery and the smartphone comes with 3 variant color gold, black and red which looks very cheap.The operating system so once I purchased this smartphone and I saw there are many bloatware application(pre-installed) in this smartphone which I don't need these type of pre-installed application and also the operating system is tizen and I am not familiar with this operating system OS and this is very cheap operating system in terms of its features and also the interface of the operating system is ugly and also it is not comfortable for a naive user and the price of this smartphone is 4500.
