I have purchased New washing machine in year 2009 & on 18th August there was blast in dryer's spinner due to bushing broken of spinner.due to bushing broken my washing machine's outer side body damage & inside body broken so call to samsung care authorised person & then Executive told me that now it would be scrap due to parts not available in Samsung & not making these parts .sonever purchase samsung brand products.very poor quality provide to their customer.
